This website was created to promote health and wellness. This is done to glorify the Father and the Son. This site belongs to God to do with as He sees fit. This site will promote the word of God.

In other words, I am only a messenger. Whomever seeks to attack Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM), through impersonation, theft or any other malicious act, know that you are not attacking me, you are attacking God. For though whatever happens to this site happens, the word of God will go forth to all the peoples of the world.

Operating content media websites is not an easy profession - just ask anyone in the business. It requires long hours devoted to topic research and content creation. By the time you see the finished product, a good writer has spent several hours preparing, drafting, editing, re-editing and finally publishing the article.

This work requires a considerable amount of patience, devotion and love for the job. Some writers create this content as a hobby, others operate for - profit websites. For profit websites monetize through a variety of means including PPC ads, affiliate marketing, sponsored posts, sponsored advertising, product launches, etc.

Because internet businesses can yield a profit, some people have decided to take an easy and dishonest route to money making: content theft for posting on made for ad (MFA) websites. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines plagiarism as the following: "to commit literary theft: present as new and original an idea or product derived from an existing source".

Those aren't the only bad apples on the internet, some people enjoy creating malware and spyware to infect unsuspecting computers.

As publisher and administrator of Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM) it is my responsibility to produce and publish content which is most useful to you and your family. I publish articles under the pen name "healthy_blogging" and post articles from article directories (isnare dot com, articlesbase dot com, ezinearticles dot com) and guest post submissions. The articles that you read have been carefully reviewed and vetted for accuracy and honesty.

In order to spread the word about Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM), I also submit abbreviated versions of some of my articles to article directories such as GoArticles dot com, Ezinearticles dot com, buzzle dot com, etc.

I have also noticed that dishonest parties have scraped my content for use on their own websites. I've also been contacted by spammers/scammers who wish to install bad code on the pages of Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). 

When someone operates in the dark, the deception must be brought into the light. Therefore, I've created the "Hall of Shame". This list will include the names of individuals who have scraped my content or contacted me for spam/scamming intentions against Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM).

Hall of Shame

1.  Josh Trent - on 29 July 2009 without permission he posted my article "Why Do Some People Give Up Before They Even Begin?" on a wordpress powered blog which he operates. Josh Trent did not provide a back link to Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM) nor did he give any noticeable credit on his website that I am the author of the content appearing on a specific page of his website.
2. Carolyn Pinker - on 20 December 2011 an individual identifying herself as Carolyn Pinker contacted me to install advertising code on this website. The individual is located in the Ukraine and has been frequenting certain articles on the website then contacted me to install ad code on an unspecified "old article" on this website. When I asked the individual to provide information about the ad code such as linking information and content, as well as her Google+ profile, Twitter handle, and other verifiable information, she could not provide any information that would confirm and validate her identity as a legitimate business contact.
   
3. Saurabh Katial - on 7 November 2012 an individual identified as Saurabh Katial posted a spam link on the Facebook fan page of Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Saurabh Katial's social networking page says that he is from Chandigargh, India. He posted a spam link on the Facebook fanpage of Living Fit, Healthy and Happy telling people they can get a free eBook. Spammers are not welcome on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM) nor on our fan page.
4. Google Sniper user - on 22 May 2013, a black hat SEO operating out of Belgrade, Serbia with ISP Interaktivne Kablovske Objedinjene Mreze - I.kom D used a Google Sniper program to troll 20 pages of Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Google Sniper is a program designed to make tons of cash for the user, but reviews (here and here) indicate that it uses black hat tactics (read here and here) that can actually get thesite into trouble with search engines.
5. Rohan Kumar - on 21 January 2015 an individual identifying himself as Rohan Kumar contacted me via a gmail address claiming that he wanted to write paid articles that include backlinks to his site. But when I asked him for specifics i.e. the url of his website, the content of his articles, if he was an SEO agent and how he learned about Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM) I received absolutely no reply. The timing of Rohan Kumar's email coincides with an new increased volume of traffic from India where I've received a lot of spam messages from black hat SEO operators.
6. Evelyn Golston - On 9 Feb. 2015 an individual identifying herself as Evelyn Golston contacted me via a gmail address claiming that she had a team of writers and wanted to write guest posts for the website. She sent this email knowing well what the policy is regarding companies seeking to get free advertising on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). The timing of Evelyn Golston's email comes directly following a visit from the Ukraine which landed on our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines page. After responding to Evelyn Goltson's email wherein I asked her if she was truly serious about submitting content to the website and informing her that we frown upon black hat SEO operators and add them to the Hall of Shame, Evelyn Golston did not reply. This leads me to conclude that Evelyn Golston was attempting to get me to change or ignore this website's policy barring companies from posting articles on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM) using black hat tactics.
   
7. Jason - On Feb. 19, 2015 and individual going solely by the name of Jason contacted me via a gmail address claiming that he wanted to submit articles to the site yet he did this even though we have a policy in place regarding guest posts from other webmasters. The timing of Jason's email comes directly following a visit to our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines page. The message also coincides with an increase in spam messages from black hat SEO operators in India and eastern Europe.
8. "Stephanie Williams" - On Sept. 1, 2015 an individual going by the name "Stephanie Williams" with ISP Net4india Ltd which is located in Noida, India contacted me to about guest posting even though we have a policy regarding guest post requests from other webmasters. The troll came to the site again on Sept. 2, 2015 thus earning a place in the Hall of Shame.
9. Vee Cecil - On Tuesday September 8, 2015 an individual going by the name of Vee Cecil submitted a commercial "article" for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). When I asked the individual how he/she found my email address, the individual admitted that he/she had read our Place and Ad. Yet in that email as well as the first, the individual going by the name of Vee Cecil was only interested in guest posting for a back link not for advertising. Vee Cecil knew these things and still selfishly submitted the guest post with attachments, thus Vee Cecil has earned a place in the Hall of Shame.
   
10. Daniel Disusa - On Friday September 11, 2015 an individual going by the name Daniel Disusa submitted a commercial article for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). This is in violation of our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines and earns Daniel Disusa a place in the Hall of Shame.
11. Sophie Addison - On Friday December 4, 2015 an individual going by the name Sophie Addison which is really an alias for a smarmy black hat SEO company in Pune, Maharashtra, India used a gmail address to submit a request for a commercial article to be posted for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Contacting Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) to publish commercial article for free is in violation of our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines and earns Sophie Addison a place in the Hall of Shame.
    
12. Harvid Xar - On Wednesday December 9, 2015 an individual going by the name Harvid Xar for a smarmy blackhat SEO company in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India submitted a request for a commercial article to be posted for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Contacting Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) to publish commercial article for free is in violation of our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines and earns Harvid Xar a place in the Hall of Shame.
    
13. Lindsay M. - On Tuesday December 22, 2015 an individual going by the name Lindsay M. submitted a request for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Contacting Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) to publish commercial article for free is in violation of our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines and earns Lindsay M. a place in the Hall of Shame.
    
14. Annie Lizstan - On Saturday January 2, 2016 an individual going by the name Annie Lizstan for a smarmy blackhat SEO company in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India used a gmail address to submit a request for a commercial article to be posted for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Contacting Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) to publish commercial article for free is in violation of our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines and earns Annie Lizstan a place in the Hall of Shame.
    
15. Rupali - On Sunday January 3, 2016 an individual going by the name Rupali who is a colleague of Annie Lizstan for a smarmy blackhat SEO company in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India used the gmail address which was used by Annie Lizstan on Saturday January 2, 2016. In the January 3, 2016 email, the individual named Rupali claims to be a colleague of Annie Lizstan who used a gmail address to submit a request for a commercial article to be posted for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Because Rupali is a colleague of Annie Lizstan who contacted Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) to publish a commercial article for free in total disregard of our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines, Rupali has earned a place in the Hall of Shame.
16. Kathleen Brown - On Thursday January 28, 2016 an individual going by the name Kathleen Brown for a smarmy blackhat SEO company in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India used a gmail address (and didn't even have the spelling of the last name in the gmail address match what she used when identifying herself) to submit a request for a commercial article to be posted for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Contacting Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) to publish commercial article for free is in violation of our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines and earns Kathleen Brown a place in the Hall of Shame.
    
17. Dr Mehjabin Ahmed Prodhani - On Saturday January 9, 2016 an individual going by the name Dr Mehjabin Ahmed Prodhani used a gmail address to submit a request for a commercial article to be posted for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Dr Mehjabin Ahmed Prodhani then contacted me again on Sunday January 31, 2016 asking again if I would publish his work. When I asked Dr Mehjabin Ahmed Prodhani if he had read the requirements, Dr Mehjabin Ahmed Prodhani contacted me on Monday February 1, 2016 saying that he did not read that writers are required to be Christian - which is the very first thing that is mentioned in the Guest Writer Submission Guidelines. Furthermore, Dr Mehjabin Ahmed Prodhani said that he read points 1 - 11 and yet still did not know that writers must submit articles that promote the Christian bible. This demonstrates that Dr Mehjabin Ahmed Prodhani was contacting Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) for selfish reasons and sadly earns Dr Mehjabin Ahmed Prodhani a place in the Hall of Shame.
    
18. Frederick Cameron - On Thursday February 18, 2016 an individual going by the name Frederick Cameron for a smarmy blackhat SEO company in New Delhi, India used a gmail address to submit a request for a commercial article to be posted for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Contacting Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) to publish commercial article for free is in violation of our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines and earns Frederick Cameron a place in the Hall of Shame.
19. Juliet Jules - On Tuesday August 16, 2016 an individual going by the name Juliet Jules used a gmail address to submit a request for a commercial article to be posted for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). The individual going by the name Juliet Jules then sent a profanity laden spammy email to Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) on Tuesday August 16, 2016. The spammy email messages coincide with a smarmy blackhat SEO company in Bangladesh trolling Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM) on Tuesday August 16, 2016. Contacting Living Fit, Healthy and Happy(SM) to publish commercial article for free is in violation of our Guest Writer Submission Guidelines and earns Juliet Jules a place in the Hall of Shame.
20. Sheila Johnson - On Friday, September 27, 2019, an individual going by the name of "Sheila Johnson" sent a link laden email that directs to gmail to submit a fake request for a commercial article to be posted for free guest posting on Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM). Due to the dubious nature of the spam mail, Sheila Johson has earned a place in the Hall of Shame.
21. Celine - On Sunday, September 29, 2019 an individual going by the name "Celine" sent a spammy email for a fake guest post "request" from an email that is already blacklisted online. Now "Celine" has earned a place in the Hall of Shame.

This list will be updated each time I locate an individual or party that is plagiarizing content from and/or spamming Living Fit, Healthy and Happy_(SM).
