Why Should You Spare Even 10 Minutes a Day to Fitness?

The 21st century world that we live in today is a fast paced one with a lot of stress and tension. You hardly see anyone relaxing as everyone seems to be busy with their jam packed schedule of daily work. In this era of fast paced life, people do not find time to take care of their own health. If you do not take proper care of your body, you will automatically fall prey to diseases and illnesses. This is where fitness plays an important role and keeps your health in perfect sync with your day to day activities.
So the question is why not spare at least 10 minutes a day to fitness. These ten minutes can either be in the mornings or in the evenings after work depending on your comfort level. If you feel that you are overweight, then planning out a workout for cutting out flab and fat is the strategy that you must undertake. Obesity is found to be a major cause of lack of confidence and determination in people. There is also a deficiency of the ‘feel good factor’ which indirectly makes them under-perform in tasks. Regular exercise can eliminate the extra flab and bring back the confidence in you to face life in a much matured way. Therefore, a 10 minute workout on the treadmill or with the dumbbells can really help you in keeping fit as well as stay clear of the unwanted fat in your body.
A 10 minute workout session could include a casual jog around your house. It could also include working out on the treadmill (as stated above) or practicing yoga. Yoga lends flexibility and suppleness to your body muscles. However yoga is best practiced in the early mornings. You could even take the help of a personal trainer who would tell you on how you can start-off with your workout. Since different people have different body orientations, the nature of exercises differ too. While for some people, a 10 minute jog in the morning is enough to burn their fat, for others, a much strenuous exercise routine may have to be followed.
Ensure that you start slow with whatever exercise you do and you take proper breaks in between. You should drink at least 3 to 4 glasses of water both during the workout as well as after the workout session to avoid dehydration. Stretching your muscles and doing a quick round of cardio could also be a part of your fitness training. Those interested in sports like rugby and football could use a healthy game as a part of fitness training. Swimming and cycling are also short but effective options of fitness training.
Confidence and the interest to do things in life come from feeling good. Only when you feel good, will you have the required vitality and energy to complete tasks in everyday life. The ‘feel good factor’ will help you in increased productivity and effective usage of our talents. Although there might be many things in this world that will boost your confidence levels, none of those things could even come close to fitness. Thus a well planned workout session is the best self motivating factor in your life.
