I had an eventful exercise week; I lifted heavier and got in a variety of other exercises, too. Here are the results:

I barbell floor pressed 275 pounds for two reps but I wasn't feeling the power. I reduced the weight to 245 pounds and rounded out the exercise at the lower weight. I also mixed in farmer's walk and several body weight compound exercises to make the workouts more exciting. By this, I mean that I I would do a set of each of the exercises then go to another exercise, complete a set then move on to the third and so on. I do this to create muscle confusion and to burn more calories.
When I return to the gym, I'll go for 275x5x3. I'll keep you posted.
