I did not do any barbell floor presses this week. I did the farmer's walk, one arm dumbbell rows, inclined pushups, seated machine chest press and the horizontal cable row, assuming that I would allow my muscles to rest and hit them next time I returned to the gym; but I only got in one workout this past week.
When I return to the gym I'll be going for 300 lbx3x3. I'll keep you posted.
