Barbell Floor Press Challenge Cardio Workout

The title gives you the gist of things. I'm not allowing absence from the gym to prevent me from exercising. I'm making time for stairclimbing workouts to keep myself active. When I return to the gym - which should be this week - I'll be lifting heavy.

I'll keep you posted.
