I did not go to the gym last week. Since I have not been weight lifting as often as I'd like, I do a lot more stair climbing than in the past. Exercising with heavy weights is one of my greatest motivators, and I look forward to working out with heavy weights again soon.
When I do return to the gym, it will be to increase all of my lifting numbers.
